Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • We may be unable to recover or replace lost packages.


Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping details.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with visible issues:


  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  1. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
  1. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.


Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Velloremi cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

 

High-Value & Oversized Wellness Equipment

Certain products, including premium massage chairs, infrared saunas, cold therapy systems, fitness recovery equipment, and other oversized wellness products, may require:

  • Specialized freight delivery
  • Extended processing times
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Signature upon delivery
