Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Compression garments and wearable recovery devices
  • Opened bedding, sleep accessories, or similar personal-use products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and work to provide a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@velloremi.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item to the provided return address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Velloremi cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for eligible items when inventory is available.
